Starting an exercise program can be intimidating for anyone. If you add having
a spinal cord injury to it, getting started can be even more difficult. Fortunately,
it does not have to be that way. With a little bit of knowledge and motivation,
you can start an exercise program to help you get back into the game of life
and feel better about it. In this town hall meeting we will discuss how individuals
with a spinal cord injury:
Benefits of exercise
Changes that occur in the body with exercise
Various Types of exercise and
their benefits
How to get started and stick with an exercise program
