Starting an exercise program can be intimidating for anyone. If you add having a spinal cord injury to it, getting started can be even more difficult. Fortunately, it does not have to be that way. With a little bit of knowledge and motivation, you can start an exercise program to help you get back into the game of life and feel better about it.
